For orders placed on Hisenseshop.com or the Hisense Shop App, there is a 15-day money-back guarantee. Customers have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Once the return request is approved, an additional 15 days are provided to print the return shipping label and send back the item.

The refund process is initiated promptly after the return is received. It's important to note that all items within the order, including any promotional products, must be returned. The value of any missing promotional items will be deducted from the final refund amount.

If the order included a trade-in, the trade-in will be canceled once the return is successfully processed. Please note that any successfully processed trade-in devices cannot be returned.
